Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on Return Policies.

Hummingbird Crafts LLC gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Please contact Hummingbird Crafts LLC to discuss your return/exchange options.

• Cancellation: Contact us within 1 hour of transaction.

• Return/Exchange: Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

• The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on Clearance

 

However, Custom Designs follow a Special Return Policy. Please see below for details.

• SPECIAL RETURN POLICY:  Custom design orders/commission requests are not refundable and follow special custom design policies for designs, processing and shipping. Please review the custom design policies BEFORE purchasing...please contact Hummingbird Crafts LLC for details and questions you may have. Hummingbird Crafts LLC reserves the right to refuse any custom design requests.

 

Shipping Information:

Shipping is usually through USPS.  We usually ship within 1-3 business days. If your item will take longer or is delayed, we will contact you. Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays. 

Hummingbird Crafts LLC does provide free US domestic shipping on orders $50.00 or more (Some Restrictions may apply). *

Please note: We ship Monday to Friday, and we do not count the weekend or U.S. holidays as business days.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

Hummingbird Crafts LLC ships to the mailing address that is provided so please make sure it is correct. If you are interested in Express Shipping or need pricing information for special shipping, please feel free to contact Hummingbird Crafts LLC to discuss your options.

For larger packages, Hummingbird Crafts LLC may us UPS or FED EX to save on shipping costs.
