Payment: Full payment for services and products are expected at the time of purchase. If payment is not received or payment is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped and any orders will be cancelled.
Shipping Policies: Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item(s) including shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. If an item is damaged during shipping by the Carrier, the seller will not be responsible. Shipping processes and times are based on Carrier recommendations. Hummingbird Crafts LLC is not responsible for any shipping/carrier delays beyond our control and we are not responsible for Carrier procedures and/or policies.
Return/Refunds: Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on Return Policies. If an item is damaged during shipping by us, a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation (as well as additional information if required) is needed before an item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Hummingbird Crafts LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange. If granted a return, Returned goods must follow our Return policy and must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Cancellation-An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. Disclaimer of Liability- Hummingbird Crafts LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage (consequential, indirect or direct), personal injury or expense, loss of data, or any loss of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer in relation to our site or our products.
E Gift Cards: E Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards are redeemable online only and cannot be used for shipping costs and other promotions.
